Replace the front end of your Kontiki line.
The complete front section includes the strop, 150m leader, and 250m of 120 Plastic or tied Stoppers, reversed wound onto a plastic reel. Additional crimps allow the front section to be attached to your existing mainline.

The Stoppered section is available in either plastic stoppers or tied stoppers. The plastic stoppers are moulded onto the line and are consistent in size and shape. Their smooth shape is easy to use, but they are more expensive. The Tied Stoppers are cord-tied and glued onto the line, making them less consistent in size and shape. Both systems work well.

We suggest replacing your front section every two to three years, depending on how much you fish. This area received the most use and damage, and you should look at replacing everything every five to six years.
